These terms govern your use of Talkaton. By using the service, you agree to follow them.

Using Talkaton

You may use Talkaton for lawful personal, educational, creative, and business purposes. You are responsible for your prompts, uploads, shared content, account activity, and how you use generated results.

Accounts

Provide accurate account information, keep credentials secure, and do not share access in ways that bypass plan limits. You are responsible for activity performed through your account.

Acceptable use

Do not use Talkaton to break the law, harm others, compromise accounts or systems, distribute malware, evade safeguards or limits, interfere with service availability, or submit content you do not have the right to use.

AI results

AI output can be incomplete, inaccurate, or inappropriate. Verify important information and use qualified professionals for medical, legal, financial, or other high-impact decisions. Talkaton does not guarantee that any particular model or tool will always be available.

Your content

You keep your rights in content you submit. You permit Talkaton and its service providers to process that content only as needed to operate, secure, and provide the features you request.

Plans and billing

Paid plans renew according to the terms shown at checkout until canceled. Features and fair-use limits may vary by plan. Payment processing is handled by the payment provider. Any cancellation or billing controls offered in account settings apply to future renewals unless stated otherwise.

Beta and developer features

Beta, experimental, and developer features may change, fail, or be removed. Access may be limited, reviewed manually, time-limited, or revoked for misuse.

Service changes

Talkaton may update, suspend, limit, or discontinue parts of the service to improve the product, address security or legal requirements, manage costs, or protect availability.

Disclaimer and liability

Talkaton is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. Talkaton is not responsible for losses caused by reliance on AI output, third-party services, unauthorized account use, or interruptions outside its reasonable control.

Changes

These terms may be updated as Talkaton evolves. Continued use after updated terms are published means you accept the revised terms.
