This policy explains what Talkaton processes when you use its website, chat, accounts, cloud saving, AI tools, voice features, and subscriptions.
Information you provide
- Account information, such as your email address and profile details, when you sign in.
- Prompts, conversations, uploaded files, generated images, saved memories, custom agents, and workspace content you choose to create or store.
- Support, Beta Lab, developer-access, and feature requests you submit.
Information processed automatically
Talkaton may process basic device, browser, request, error, security, and usage information to operate daily limits, prevent abuse, count unique confirmed users, diagnose failures, and keep the service reliable.
How information is used
Information is used to provide AI responses and tools, authenticate accounts, synchronize cloud content, maintain subscriptions, enforce limits, improve reliability, respond to support requests, and protect Talkaton and its users.
Service providers
Talkaton uses service providers for authentication and storage, hosting, payments, AI model responses, image generation, web search, and voice processing. The content needed to perform a requested feature may be sent to the relevant provider. Payment card details are handled by the payment provider and are not stored by Talkaton.
Cloud saving and Incognito
Signed-in users can cloud-save conversations and related content. Incognito conversations are not added to Talkaton's local or cloud conversation history, though prompts still need to be processed by the selected AI or tool provider to return a result.
Retention and control
Cloud content is kept while needed to provide the service or until it is deleted, subject to security, legal, and backup requirements. Talkaton includes controls to rename or delete chats, remove memories, and sign out. You may contact support to ask about your account data.
Sharing and selling
Talkaton does not sell personal information. Information may be shared with service providers as needed to deliver requested features, comply with law, investigate abuse, or protect rights and safety.
Security
Talkaton uses reasonable technical and organizational protections, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security. Keep your account credentials private and report suspected account misuse promptly.
Changes
This policy may be updated as Talkaton changes. The effective date above will be revised when material updates are published.
